Delivery and Returns


Book orders

When in stock, please allow up to 7 days for despatch. We reserve the right to temporally suspend or delay delivery based on staffing constraints.


Zoom talk orders

Zoom talks are delivered at the given date and activation codes are sent to the purchasers email 48 hours prior to commencement. 


Digital content orders

Digital content is delivered to you through our online platform. An access code will be delivered to you within 48 hours of our purchase. Generally we try to send codes immediately upon purchase.


Delivery methods

Packages are dispatched via Royal Mail first class, please allow 2-6 working days from dispatch for delivery.


Postage and packaging rates

Postage is charged at £5.00 per item with an additional £1.50 per item.


Prices quoted are for UK mainland addresses. Delivery to parts of Scotland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and the Isle of Wight may incur an additional postage cost to the customer. We will contact you if there will be an extra cost on your order.


Overseas delivery

We regret that we are currently unable to process any orders that require fulfilment via delivery outside the UK. We are still offering our digital products globally. 


Returns and refunds

We hope that you are delighted with your order from us. However, we understand that you may occasionally wish to return an item/order if you change your mind, if you find an item which is not as you expect, or if an item is faulty. Unfortunately, zoom talks are non-refundable after activation codes are sent. Personalised books cannot be returned unless defective.


Please examine your items and inform us of any problems as soon as you receive your delivery, as returns must be processed within 28 days of receiving your order.


The procedure for returning an item to us depends on the circumstances. Please contact us if you are unsure.
